Pure Edge: SELexchange

Pure Edge, Inc. (PEI) is a private operating foundation that provides direct service to school districts and nonprofit organizations through professional development and strategy thought partnership. In addition to a range of free classroom resources, PEI offers training for educators via in-person and virtual sessions on topics like the neuroscience of stress, educator self-care, and classroom implementation. The foundation also provides grants to national organizations that advance the work of whole child development and social and emotional learning. PEI’s professional development trainings and curricula are built upon three simple strategies—”Breathe, Move, Rest.” A full suite of free online resources including curricula, Brain Breaks, neuroscience-based mini-unit, and classroom implementation guides are available to all educators at pureedgeinc.org.
